A startup launched in 2017, WorkHorse has hit the ground running and now seeks a Business Development Manager to champion sales growth throughout Canada’s ag sectors.  

The Role

Joining the leadership team the Business Development Manager (BDM) leads WorkHorse to achieve its business goals by meeting subscription sales targets. An independent professional, the BDM champions sales tactics to identify, prioritize, and execute strategic initiatives to build brand awareness and grow the WorkHorse employer community.

As a natural sales wiz with an excellent track record for building success you are a pioneer and excited about establishing a new technology into the roots of agriculture, leveraging your well-developed interpersonal skills you cultivate trusting relationships and strategic partnerships to best position WorkHorse as the solution to ag labour.  As a growth hacker you’re eager to collaborate on marketing and provide insight on marketing strategies.

A confident visionary, you are nimble, and adjust to change with ease making you the ideal candidate to join a team where boldness and honesty is welcomed and innovation energizes the conversation.  The opportunity to grow with a start-up organization has you energized and ready to make your mark turning ingenuity to action.

As the ideal candidate, you have a degree in business or agriculture and 5 years progressive sales experience. With a broad understanding of the agriculture sector you are ready for the next step in your career.
